A Sunshine Coaster, Lorenzo is both a CPA-qualified accountant and a trade-qualified builder. His dual expertise in finance and construction enables Sunstruct to uphold meticulous cost-efficiency from a project’s inception through to completion.

Sunstruct’s Project Management Team unites broad expertise to ensure each project’s success.

Construction Manager Anthony Sterrantino, with 20+ years of industry experience, leads the way, while Senior Site Supervisor Justin Worth—an open-licensed builder—oversees major developments. Site Supervisor Craig Pollar-Mounter manages on-site operations, and Contracts Administrators Nigel Toussaint and Casey Biggin bridge communication between field and office. Bradley Ellis, our Estimator, handles cost assessments, and Accountant Troy Minogue together with Accounts Manager Jennifer Reginato maintain streamlined financial processes and supplier relationships—ensuring seamless delivery from start to finish.

Sunstruct Project Management currently manages multiple projects across the Sunshine Coast and other regions, relying on permanent staff for consistency, resource efficiency, and the capacity to handle several builds simultaneously. Our low staff turnover fosters deep expertise, with employees often promoted under the directors’ guidance.

Each site supervisor is skilled in software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Excel, enabling accurate scheduling and reporting. Although each team member has a defined role, they can all multitask, ensuring no project is compromised by staff absences.

We also encourage site personnel to engage in office administration, promoting full project familiarity and ensuring continued success.
